What does your organisation do?
We have three main products/offerings:
- ForteCompass: Software to manage retraining and upskilling (it makes it very easy for funders to track, verify and pay for outcomes)
- Forte360: Outsourced retraining/upskilling management (the fastest and easiest way to implement world-class programs)
- ForteFund: New better way to finance education/training

Why did you choose to build in Oxfordshire?
Forte is based on the Oxford DPhil research of our Founder, Nat Ware, who completed his DPhil on how to better finance human capital investments worldwide and how to better align social impact and financial returns. One of our investors is also Oxonian Ventures.
What big problem are you trying to solve?
AI is going to lead to massive job displacement and job disruption, so the need for retraining is going to be massive. Forte will power retraining and upskilling worldwide.
How can you support the Oxfordshire ecosystem?
We work primarily with governments, so warm intros to people working within governments around the world would be helpful (especially in roles related to AI, training, education, workforce development, and finance/treasury).
