What does your organisation do?

We are a tech-enabled agency connecting brands with athletes and creators for sponsorship campaigns. We run the full cycle - talent identification through delivery - for brands as big as Walmart, all the way to small start-ups, with a 33,000+ athlete and creator network spanning NFL, Olympic, NIL, and women in health and wellness.
One unique thing not on our website is the power of our account management team, who basically feel like an extension of the our client's marketing team. We are proud to deliver, at amazing value, services that truly feel like a full-service agency.
One other thing is roughly 50% of our 2026 deals are with talent who aren't on our platform - we find them through AI-driven sourcing rather than relying on sign-ups. So we're never bottlenecked by who's signed up, only by brand demand. We love this new AI discovery tool!

What big problem are you trying to solve?

Brand-athlete partnerships are still mostly a relationship game. Brands struggle to find the right athletes at fair prices, and athletes — especially college NIL, women in sport, and non-tier-1 talent — struggle to be found and paid fairly. This is now extended to other influencer groups as well. The result: most deal value concentrates on a handful of celebrity names while a long tail of more authentic, more aligned partnerships never happens. We solve this by combining AI-driven discovery with humans-in-the-loop campaign execution. It matters because authentic athlete & influencer partnerships are one of the most powerful marketing levers brands have, and NIL (College) alone has unlocked income for tens of thousands of college athletes who had no path to it before.
